Cocoa Nib

Situated in the Hunter Valley at the stunning Keith Tulloch Wine, Cocoa Nib is the life long dream of pastry chef Aymee Slaviero.  After working in Sydney and training as a pastry chef Aymee moved to Melbourne to complete a diploma of confectionary manufacturing, she started working at Koko Black and it is here her passion for chocolate evolved, on returning to Sydney she relocated back to her roots in the Hunter Valley to chase her dream.

Using only the finest quality chocolate from France, all of our chocolates are fresh, hand made in small batches and preservative free.
