Tar10 is a Hunter Valley success story, founded by a passion for the region as well as good quality, gluten-free and preservative condiments. The brand Tar10 was developed with love by Melanie & Harvey, after selling their successful fashion business to their partners in 2007.

Sadly, Harvey passed away in 2016. With the support of family, friends and staff Melanie continues to strive to produce not only exceptionally tasty products, but continues to source the highest quality Australian ingredients to produce delicious gluten and preservative-free products, continuing to satisfy consumers around the world.

Over the years it has been operating Tar10 has become a household name, having won national food awards by competing against some of the best-known Australian producers. Being so passionate about food, Melanie continues to tantalise taste buds by developing new flavour combinations and introducing new product lines into the ever-expanding range.
